APARTMENT FEATURES
- Accessibility
- There are 10 one-bedroom apartments (the 1B plan) that include extra accessibility features.

- Several upper floors apartments have balconies – the SD, 1C, and 2D-W plans include them Light and ventilation
- High-efficiency casement windows have a coating that reduces the amount of heat gain from the summer sun
- Windows open to face the prevailing summer winds and catch cool evening breezes
- Windows open all the way to the ceiling to help with summer ventilation
- 3-speed ceiling fans are located in every living room and bedroom
- Bathroom exhaust fans are mounted on the roof so they can operate continuously and quietly Heating
- Most apartments have fan-forced electric heat in the living areas, electric baseboard heat in the bedrooms, and radiant heat in the bathrooms.
- The apartments on the ground floor of the west building (plans 2E through 2L) have central forced-air heating and air conditioning.

The Sitka consists of two separate 6-story buildings on a full city block with a quiet, landscaped courtyard between them.

- Community Rooms – Each building has a furnished lounge on the ground floor that looks out onto the courtyard. Enjoy it with a group of friends or just sit by the gas fireplace with a good book.
- Laundry Rooms – There is a laundry room on each of the upper 5 floors in both buildings. (Ground floor apartments have washers and dryers in the units.)
- Fitness Rooms – Each building has a fitness room on the second floor with weight equipment and 3 cardio machines.
