Notes

  1. Rents include free Internet service.
  2. Tenants pay their own electric and water/sewer bills. Water submeters encourage (and reward) conservation by residents and have resulted in 20-30% reduction in water use in other buildings.
  3. Most apartments have fan-forced electric heat in the living areas, electric baseboard heat in the bedrooms, and radiant heat in the bathrooms. The two primary exceptions are the 3rd floor of both buildings and the 1st floor of the west building.
    1. All 3rd floor apartments have hydronic electric baseboard heat.
      This is a fluid-filled electric baseboard heater that acts like a radiator. It takes a bit longer to heat up than a conventional baseboard heater, but holds heat longer
    2. The apartments on the ground floor of the west building (plans 2E through 2L) have central forced-air heat and air conditioning.
  4. The west building is a non-smoking building. Smoking is not permitted in the apartments or the common areas.
  5. Income limits apply to most of our apartments.
