The Sitka was designed and constructed with high-quality materials, care, and attention to detail.  Here are a few of the features available to our residents:

• Own a car? Underground parking is available for rent.
• Need a car only once in a while?  Join Zipcar and use the Zipcar vehicle parked in front of our leasing office or one of several others parked nearby.

• Ride your bike a lot? Keep it in one of our large bike rooms conveniently located right off the courtyard.
  
  
• Expecting out of town visitors?  The Sitka offers a furnished guest suite for short-term rental at an affordable rate. This unit is available only for guests of Sitka residents.
  
  
• Soak up some sun (or some shade) in our large landscaped courtyard.
  
  
• Hang out in the ground floor lounges, that look out on the courtyard. Read a book in the comfortable chairs, bring your laptop down and use the free Wi-Fi, play cards at small tables, or just relax with friends by the fireplace.
  
  
• Work out in our well-equipped exercise rooms (one in each building).
  
  
• Enjoy the convenience of water-conserving washing machines and energy-efficient dryers in laundry rooms on every floor.
  
  
• Keep it green. The Sitka’s staff uses only non-toxic cleaning supplies and our landscape contractors practice environmentally-friendly gardening.
  
  
• Feel comfortable in a controlled access building with a keyless entry system for street level doors as well as for elevators and stairs in the garage.
  
  
• Extra insulation keeps you warm and saves on your heating bills.
